• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, address security or technical issues or respond to a government request.

• Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.

If you have filled out a user profile, we will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from the Service. • Data shared through TikTok’s Blue Bag feature, Facebook Lead Ads, or Instagram Lead Forms, such as your name, contact information, and other details you voluntarily provide.
• Engagement metrics, including likes, shares, comments, clicks, views, and interactions with our TikTok and Meta content.
• Any information provided via direct messages, forms, or responses to promotions or advertisements initiated by Mindtree on TikTok or Meta platforms.

We use the information collected via TikTok and Meta platforms for the following purposes:

• To process inquiries, provide updates, and communicate promotional offers related to our services and campaigns.
• To administer campaigns, contests, or promotions and improve our services based on engagement metrics from TikTok and Meta.
• To personalize your experience with tailored recommendations and offers on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• To comply with TikTok’s and Meta’s community guidelines, terms of service, and campaign reporting requirements.

The data collected via TikTok and Meta platforms will not be sold, traded, or rented to any third party. However, it may be shared with:

• Our trusted service providers who assist in managing campaigns, analytics, or customer support. These providers must adhere to the privacy guidelines set forth in this policy.
• TikTok and Meta platforms, as required to comply with their respective platform requirements for campaign tracking, ad performance, and reporting.
