If you upgrade your package within 7 days of your previous package payment, we will deduct the cost of your initial signup package from the upgrade fee. This means you only pay the difference between your current package and the upgraded package, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective transition.
For downgrading your package, please note that the change will only take effect after your current package expires. This ensures that you continue to enjoy the benefits of your current plan until its completion, providing a smooth transition to your new package.
If your account is eligible for a refund, you can request a refund when canceling your plan through the web portal.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit the request within 30 days following renewal and only a prorated refund will be given.
